Rockwills Corporation first started in Malaysia to provide personalised Professional Will Writing and Custody Service. As at Feb 2010, more than 100,000 wills have been completed. To date, it is the clear market leader and No. 1 Professional Estate Planning company in the region.
Rockwills Corporation Pte Ltd is headed by CEO Lee Chiwi. Lee Chiwi was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister-at-Law in 1986 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore in 1988. He also has a MBA from the Nanyang Business School (1996) and is a TEP (Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner). Lee Chiwi is the author of three books: namely “Legal Aspects of Unit Trusts in Singapore” (2001), “The Lexington Trust Guide to Succession and Trusts in Wealth Management”, (2005) (The 2nd edition, “The Rockwills Guide to Succession and Trusts in Wealth Management” was published in 2008) and “Drafting of Trusts and Will Trusts in Singapore” which he co-authored with the principal author James Kessler Q.C. (2007).
The company’s core business is providing Professional Will-Writing and Professional Will Custody through the appointment of Rockwills Estate Planners based on a franchise format. Trust Services are provided by its affiliate company Rockwills Trustee Ltd.
